With the karting season in full swing, Team Benik is headed from their home base in Fort Lauderdale, Florida clear across the country to Tooele, Utah. Set to take on the Utah Motorsports Campus and the third and fourth rounds of the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour, a nine-driver lineup will look for the top step of the podium at the annual SpringNationals.
With nine drivers vying for race wins and podium results, four of them will come from the Mini Swift ranks with three more from Micro Swift. Enzo Vidmontiene will lead the way in Mini as Asher Ochstein, Giuseppe Guidera and Beckham Toupikov will compete alongside him to fly the Team Benik colors while Troy Ferguson, Royce Vega and Sebastian Cortes will throw their hats into the mix in Micro Swift. Two more Team Benik entries will come from the Junior and Senior ranks as Michael Costello will see his name on the X30 Junior entry list with Logan Vajda entering X30 Senior.
“We welcome new drivers to the Team Benik national level program and look forward to helping them achieve success in 2021 and beyond,” explained Nick Mitchell. “The SKUSA Pro Tour is one of the most competitive series in North American karting so we will be pushing hard to make sure our drivers have the best possible chance to score the results they deserve.”
With on track action beginning on Thursday, practice and testing will continue Friday before official competition and wheel-to-wheel action runs throughout the weekend.
Mitchell continued, “We have had success in Utah in the past and really enjoy the Utah Motorsports Campus. The goal is the same as it is every race weekend, and we can’t wait to get started.”
Continuing to grow their program across the country, Team Benik will have several used chassis available for purchase at blowout prices. Contact us today.
